Support & contact
Alpha testers file issues in the private repo linked in their invitation; everyone else emails cosmos@atitechs.com. The source is private during alpha, and invited testers get repo access.
Need help with Cosmos? How you reach us depends on whether you're an alpha tester or a general user. Both paths are below, along with expected response times.
Alpha testers
File issues directly in the private repository — the link is included in your invitation. This is the fastest path to the engineers, and it keeps bug reports next to the code.
Everyone else
Email us at cosmos@atitechs.com. Include your macOS version, the Cosmos build, and steps to reproduce so we can help quickly.
Source access
The source is private during alpha. Invited testers get repository access as part of their invitation; broader access opens up as Cosmos approaches public release.
Response times
- Alpha tester issues: typically reviewed within one to two business days.
- Email support: typically answered within two to three business days; Pro subscribers receive priority support.

How do I report a bug?
Alpha testers should open an issue in the private repo from their invitation. Everyone else should email cosmos@atitechs.com with reproduction steps.
Do Pro subscribers get faster support?
Yes. Priority support is included with Cosmos Pro — see Pro features & cloud backup.
